Cyrus is a decent movie about, well, a serial killer. The story is framed by a reporter and cameraman talking with an old guy who claimed to know Cyrus. Throughout the tale, the viewer gets flashbacks of Cyrus's history, which show why he became a killer. The back story felt cliched--or, rather, it was told so that it felt that way.
While technically competent, even if it looks like it was shot hand held, what brought "CYRUS MIND OF A SERIAL KILLER" down is that it defies logic and most notably common sense.
